As a child, I often stood in the kitchen next to my grandmother, suffocating from the aromas of fresh baked goods. She generously shared recipes, each of which was steeped in our family history. Over the years, I began to explore different cuisines around the world, inspired by Italian pastas, the spice of Indian dishes and the freshness of Japanese sushi. I have always been fascinated by the fact that food brings people together. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Simple recipes and a loving attitude to the process are ready to make any dinner special, like a holiday filled with warmth and joy.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
