Since childhood, my kitchen has been filled with the smell of fresh baked goods and aromatic spices. My grandmother always shared the secrets of traditional recipes, and I, standing on a stool, caught her every word. Family for me is the core of the culinary palette, bringing people together around the table. As I traveled the world, I absorbed inspiration from a variety of cuisines, from spicy Mexican chiles to delicate Italian pastas. Today my goal is to show that everyone can cook, and the simplicity and accessibility of cooking makes it truly magical!
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Greystone Culinary Institute.
