Lovegood! As you correctly noted, well, right to the point about being too lazy to make dumplings. This happens to me too, I even have a collection of “lazy” recipes - my favorites, by the way... When there is catastrophically not enough time to even eat, let alone make something, such recipes are worth their weight in gold! Frying eggs or spreading butter on a sandwich quickly has become somewhat boring; you want new sensations. And this recipe couldn’t come at a better time! I often cook dumplings like this according to your recipe - tasty, sweet, healthy, what more do you need? I cut the sausage, or the sausage as you call it, in different ways - diagonally, and into squares, and into diamonds for variety. The square can be flattened a little on both sides and you will get original bows. I sprinkle the finished dumplings with sugar, add butter and enjoy! Thanks for the recipe!
