Homemade lollipops in the microwave
Delicious and aromatic candies - as easy as shelling pears! We all made such candies in childhood - how many spoiled spoons...saucepans...))) I suggest you remember these sweets and prepare them using our "miracles of the kitchen" - a microwave and a silicone mold)) A few minutes, simple ingredients - and the yummy is ready !
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 mins
STEP 1
Just two simple ingredients - sugar and juice. I have pineapple juice.
STEP 2
Pour strictly 80 grams of sugar into a glass container and add 20 ml of any juice or compote. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes 20 seconds, power 800W.
STEP 3
When the microwave turns off, carefully (because the jar is hot) take out the container and give 10-15 seconds for the bubbles to settle)
STEP 4
We take a silicone mold, you don’t need to lubricate it with anything, fill it with our syrup and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
STEP 5
After the candies have cooled completely, easily remove them from the mold and enjoy)))))
STEP 6
