As a child, my grandmother cooked in a wide kitchen, and the smells of her dishes were my best memories. Every morning we gathered with the whole family at the table, and it was a real holiday. As I grew older, my love for food only grew stronger, and I began experimenting with recipes from different countries, making dumplings like my mother taught me and making curry based on the recipes of friends from India. My goal is to show that cooking can be a simple and joyful process. I believe that everyone, regardless of skill level, is capable of creating a delicious and soulful dish that will delight their loved ones.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Boston University Metropolitan College.
