Yeast buns stuffed with dill and hard cheese
Buns are always delicious, especially homemade cheese buns! A couple of days ago, for the first time, I tried to prepare food myself such as cheese buns, which I had previously only bought in stores. As usually happens, the homemade version of this pastry turned out to be much tastier than the store-bought one. If you want to try making cheese buns yourself, follow the simple recipe instructions.

So, we start by dissolving the yeast in 100 ml of water in a large container and letting it stand for about 5-7 minutes.

Then add granulated sugar, table salt, olive oil, chicken egg, finely chopped dill to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

Now cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the sifted flour (two glasses).
STEP 5
After this, mix the mixture with the egg mixture and the rest of the flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.

Now we form about 12 buns of the same size from our dough, put them in a baking dish and put them in a moderately preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Anastasia, I don’t understand something - did you put raisins in the buns or something? there is just such an option
