Buns are always delicious, especially homemade cheese buns! A couple of days ago, for the first time, I tried to prepare food myself such as cheese buns, which I had previously only bought in stores.     Then add granulated sugar, table salt, olive oil, chicken egg, finely chopped dill to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

    Now cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the sifted flour (two glasses).

    After this, mix the mixture with the egg mixture and the rest of the flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.

The buns turn out great! The taste of dill is not for everyone, I would remove it. in the last photo is my assistant husband Vitaly))
