STEP 1

We prepare the products indicated in the ingredients. For this cold vegetable appetizer recipe, we choose the ripest, reddest tomatoes with thick, shiny skin. You can take tomatoes of the same size, or you can take different ones - large and small.
STEP 2

First we need to wash the tomatoes, and then make them into kind of cups that will be filled with filling. To do this, use a very sharp knife with a thin blade to cut off the tops of the vegetables.
STEP 3

Then carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon, being careful not to damage the walls.
STEP 4

Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with mayonnaise, preferably full fat - 50 or 67%. You can take cheesecakes with flavoring additives that you like best. There are cheesecakes with a creamy taste, with herbs, with shredded meat, with bacon, etc. The main thing is that the cheesecakes are of good quality, so choose the more expensive ones.
STEP 5

We clean the garlic and pass it through a special press. Add garlic gruel to the cheese mixture.
STEP 6

Wash the dill and parsley and chop finely. Add to the filling and add basil. Mix everything well with a spoon or fork, pepper and salt to taste. The tomato filling is ready.
STEP 7

Fill the tomatoes with cheese mixture to the brim. We use all the filling and all the preparations. We cover each tomato with a “lid” on top, the same one that we cut at the very beginning. Additionally, you can draw smiley faces on the lids with mayonnaise - the kids will love it. When serving, you can place green salad leaves at the bottom of the dish and you can also not cover the tomatoes with lids, but stick fresh herbs into the filling. Turn on your imagination - and you will succeed!
