White mushrooms fried in cream

Russian cuisine is traditionally rich in mushroom dishes. I won’t write a recipe for mushroom soup - everyone already knows it. But this snack is a real find! And it’s very easy to cook and eat – you’ll lick your fingers. I won’t give exact proportions, decide for yourself, according to your taste.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Wash the mushrooms well, peel and cut into small cubes.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and chop very finely. I use a special onion attachment from a blender for this.
STEP 3
Immediately mix the onion with the cream and you get a fairly thick, homogeneous sauce.
STEP 4
Now heat the butter in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and lightly fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add spices and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pour onion sauce. Simmer over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
STEP 5
A few minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs.
STEP 6
I serve fried mushrooms with boiled potatoes - delicious. Try it, I guarantee you won’t come off!
