Recipes like this are always interesting. There is a departure from long-tired tradition. There is chicken liver in the refrigerator, I’ll try to cook it this way today.

A warm salad is unusual, and even with pumpkin. Pumpkin is a healthy product, but we rarely use it and there are few recipes with it. I'll have to try it. And if I don’t like sesame, what do you think can replace it? Can you please tell me what size pieces to cut the pumpkin into so that it retains its shape when stewing?
