STEP 3
Melt the butter and cool slightly, pour into the eggs, add milk and mix everything. Add the nut-flour mixture and stir again. You may need a little more or a little less flour: use the consistency of the dough as a guide. It should be approximately like sour cream.
STEP 4
The baking dish should be covered with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 25-30 minutes (until dry).
