I prepared the most delicious potato sleeves baked in the oven today. I cut the potatoes into small cubes, cut the onion into half rings and in half, and the carrots in the same way. I mixed everything and added sunflower oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried herbs and grated tomatoes. Mixed well again. Placed the vegetables in a sleeve and set to bake.
