STEP 1

How to make dough like fluff using dry yeast and kefir? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough will rise better, and the finished products will be fluffier and airier.
STEP 2

Heat kefir until warm (34-38 degrees). In a warm environment, yeast will begin to work more actively. Kefir can be heated in the microwave. But be careful not to let it curl up! Heat for 5-7 seconds and stir each time. Pour warm kefir into a spacious bowl and add dry yeast, sugar and salt to it. Mix everything.
STEP 3

Next, pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 4

At the initial stage, it is convenient to knead the dough with a wooden spatula. Gradually the dough becomes thicker.
STEP 5

The finished dough is tender, soft and plastic. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
STEP 6

When warm, the dough quickly increases in size. Punch down the fluffy dough and start baking.
STEP 7

I got these pies. You can use any filling - sweet or not. Let the pies lie on the table for 10-15 minutes.

And then they can be fried in vegetable oil or baked in the oven. I make fried pies. If you bake in the oven, brush the surface of the pies with egg yolk. They will become rosy.
