  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make dough like fluff using dry yeast and kefir? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough will rise better, and the finished products will be fluffier and airier.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat kefir until warm (34-38 degrees). In a warm environment, yeast will begin to work more actively. Kefir can be heated in the microwave. But be careful not to let it curl up! Heat for 5-7 seconds and stir each time. Pour warm kefir into a spacious bowl and add dry yeast, sugar and salt to it. Mix everything.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Next, pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

At the initial stage, it is convenient to knead the dough with a wooden spatula. Gradually the dough becomes thicker.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough is tender, soft and plastic. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

When warm, the dough quickly increases in size. Punch down the fluffy dough and start baking.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

I got these pies. You can use any filling - sweet or not. Let the pies lie on the table for 10-15 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

And then they can be fried in vegetable oil or baked in the oven. I make fried pies. If you bake in the oven, brush the surface of the pies with egg yolk. They will become rosy.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Cook with pleasure!

Now I often cook pies with different fillings. It's easy, satisfying and tasty) I decided to try this recipe for dough like fluff with dry yeast. I used kefir from sour homemade milk, it was quite fatty. I combined butter, salt and sugar with kefir, which I heated in the microwave. Separately combined flour and dry yeast. I mixed everything together and kneaded the dough. I needed a little more flour than indicated in the recipe. After kneading, the dough came out soft, elastic, and did not stick to your hands. To prevent the dough from getting crusty, I covered the bowl with the dough with cling film. The dough stood in a warm place for an hour and increased in volume very well. I made buns with berry jam from the dough. It is very pleasant to work with this dough, it molds well and holds its shape perfectly. The dough is like fluff with dry yeast and is very successful. The dough is really like fluff, very soft and tender after baking. I’ve added it to my collection) Decent recipe! Be sure to try baking something from this dough, you won’t regret it! The dough is like fluff with dry yeast, prepared according to this simple recipe, it turns out very soft and plastic. Even if it didn’t rise much at the first stage, don’t be upset. Baking with it invariably turns out to be fluffy and delicate in texture. This dough makes delicious pies, buns and cheesecakes. It can also be used to make various pies and even homemade pizza. Thanks for the recipe.
