STEP 1
How to grow kombucha at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Brew tea as usual.

Immediately add sugar to it and stir.
STEP 4
Brewed tea should be regular, not strong, and always cooled down. Rinse the kombucha thoroughly in clean water. If it is too thick, divide it, leaving a layer 0.5 cm thick. That is, leave only one layer. The remaining layers can either be given away or thrown away. Place the kombucha on the bottom of a 3-liter jar and pour our tea on top. To prevent the tea leaves from getting inside, do it through a strainer.
STEP 5
Cover the top of the jar with a linen napkin, secure it so that midges cannot penetrate inside. And leave it in the kitchen away from sunlight for a day or two. The infusion time for kombucha depends on the taste you want in the finished drink. If it’s thicker or sharper, let it sit longer. If it is softer, then let it cost less. The same applies to added sugar - add it to your taste.
