I baked the meat and it turned out good. Before starting cooking I thought it would be dry. Nothing like that - spices with yogurt create a thick enough layer for the meat to cook properly. Only the baking time is about one and a half hours. If you don’t like the richness of spices, you can simply remove the crust.
