I have already made bags of filled pancakes once. Having seen the recipe on the website, I wanted to implement this wonderful idea again. I prepared pancakes according to this recipe, with a lot of eggs and without vegetable oil, they turned out to be very delicate in taste, similar to thin omelets. For the filling, I mixed chicken pate with mayonnaise and herbs. Very good advice in the comments about pouring boiling water over the green onion feathers - they become softer and do not tear. But you still need to try to tie the “bags” carefully. The result was an original hearty snack. Next time I’ll try to make it with a sweet filling and tie it with a cheese braid ribbon, as recommended in the recipe. Thanks for the interesting culinary ideas and tips!
