Thank you! I made a delicious pie. I just put the dough to be grated directly in the freezer for a while. This makes it easier to rub. I used physalis-apple jam.

I often make grated pie, but only from two layers of dough. Dough, jam, grated dough. Or I spread the whipped egg whites directly on top of the jam and bake it to create a top layer of meringue.
