An excellent side dish for everyone’s favorite cutlets that will pleasantly complement their taste! The pleasant taste of mashed potatoes with turnips is both tasty and healthy!
Previously, I prepared only some individual products as a side dish for meat cutlets, for example, potatoes, rice, buckwheat. The food turned out to be quite ordinary. And then one day, when I was once again preparing cutlets, the idea came to me to make some interesting and tasty side dish. After a little searching for a recipe that suited me in my favorite cookery book, I found what I needed: a side dish for meat cutlets.

So, we start preparing this dish by boiling the potatoes and turnips in separate containers for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
STEP 3

After this, drain the water and leave the prepared vegetables in the container.
STEP 4

Now, using a blender or meat grinder, puree the vegetables.
STEP 5

Then add cream, butter and onion, add salt and black pepper to taste, and nutmeg. We continue to beat the vegetables. When the whole mass becomes homogeneous, put it on plates in the main dish - cutlets.
