It turned out to be a very tasty pie. The dough is excellent: soft, crumbly. While part of the dough was frozen, the pan with the bottom dough was in the refrigerator. For the filling I used not jam (we don’t have it, because no one eats it, and I don’t cook it), but green (unripe yellow) cherry plum. A long, long time ago my grandmother baked pies with this filling, and my sister and I always looked forward to the summer to eat such delicious pies. I boiled the cherry plum with a lot of sugar without adding water, took out the seeds with a fork and cooled it. The result was a very thick mass. So I put it in the pie filling. My God, this is some incredible deliciousness! I really love baking, if I see a new recipe, I immediately feel itching))) It seemed to me that I had already baked something similar, but I decided to check it out - and I was not disappointed at all! The pie just melts in your mouth, the most tender, sweetest! I especially like the fact that it turned out “hard” (I dried it a little more in the oven), I’m crazy about hard shortbread dough with filling. I can imagine how many variations of the pie you can bake with different jams (and if you take fruits, berries, cottage cheese!), it’s just dizzying! Thank you for such deliciousness

Boooooge! I love these cookies!!! let's go cook!! I really wanted something with added cottage cheese, otherwise it sits idle and no one eats it. Maybe stuff it with jam into the filling??
