  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make sandwiches with tomatoes and cheese? To do this, prepare everything you need. You can use a regular loaf, but sandwiches will look more convenient and aesthetically pleasing on pieces of baguette. Use any cheese you like. The taste will be brighter if you use two types of cheese, for example, Gouda and Hollandaise. The taste will be somewhat piquant if you use smoked sausage cheese.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the baguette into pieces. Sandwiches can be made in a hurry by immediately applying the spread to the loaf. But you can dry the slices a little in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees, you can dry them in a dry frying pan or fry them with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil, making croutons.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a separate bowl, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press. Add mayonnaise.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The amount of mayonnaise depends on the consistency of the spread. It should not be too dry or very wet. By the way, you can add a little chopped dill or parsley to the cheese spread.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Spread the cheese spread on the baguette slices.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the tomatoes into slices. If the tomatoes are large, then the circles can be cut in half.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place 1-2 tomato slices on each sandwich. Sandwiches are ready! You can serve immediately, garnished with a sprig of herbs. Bon appetit!

I made sandwiches for my son and his friends. The guys unexpectedly came to visit and had to feed them something) Everyone loves sandwiches, and there was a saved recipe in the cookbook) I had an ordinary fresh milk loaf. I didn’t fry it; the bread was very tasty on its own. But instead of mayonnaise, I took curd cream cheese and diluted it with sour cream for a more liquid consistency. The result was a very tasty thick mass. The cheese was Mozzarella and a piece of Hollandaise. I took one clove of garlic so that it wouldn’t be too spicy for the kids. I also added a sprig of chopped dill. Sandwiches are prepared quickly, this is a definite plus! Garnished the tomatoes with pomegranate seeds and dill. The children devoured everything at once and were clearly happy) I tried it too, very tasty, piquant, the spread was tender, the tomatoes were juicy. All together just great. I need to cook it for breakfast too)

For a snack I prepared sandwiches with tomatoes and cheese. I used cherry tomatoes. I fried slices of bran loaf in a dry frying pan. The cheese was hard and creamy. Its taste is soft, rather neutral, and the addition of garlic adds spice and piquancy. The sandwiches turned out very tasty. Thanks for the recipe, Julia M!

My favorite recipe. I cook like this all the time. I use baguette - it's crispier. Sometimes I mix mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions - it turns out more tender. And I add a little salt to the tomato, just a tiny bit, but the taste is brighter
