Oh, and I prepared delicious sandwiches with saury and eggs in the oven according to the recipe from katushafin! We love hot sandwiches, but this was our first time trying them in this version. I mashed the canned food with a fork, added chopped boiled eggs, mayonnaise and mixed. I didn't add onions. I put the filling on slices of loaf, sprinkled grated cheese on top and baked in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° on a baking sheet covered with parchment (I used siliconized one). I didn’t expect it to be so tasty. But it’s easy to prepare, quick and with a minimum of ingredients. Thank you very much katushafin for such a great recipe and I recommend you try it!
