Sandwich lard
It cooks quite quickly. And you can always have a snack! My husband really loves this lard, especially with black bread croutons and borscht.
Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Take lard, measure out the spices. Grind the spices in a mortar until they become powder.
STEP 2
Cut off the skin and cut into pieces.
STEP 3
We pass it through a meat grinder (take a bowl so that it is convenient to mix), sprinkle the lard with spices, and mix very well. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to your taste.
STEP 4
Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!!!
