STEP 1

How to make a salad with egg, cheese, corn and cucumber? Prepare the necessary products. Place the corn in a sieve to drain the liquid. Olives can be replaced with black olives. Bell peppers can be yellow or two colors.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs hard. How to hard boil eggs? Fill them with water and bring to a boil. Cook the eggs over moderate heat for 7-8 minutes from the moment they boil. Drain the water. Pour cold water over the boiled eggs to cool. The temperature contrast will help clean the eggshell better. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes.

Wash the bell pepper and dry it. Cut the pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the pepper into small cubes.

Remove the olives from the jar and place on a plate to drain excess liquid. Cut each olive randomly into 3-4 pieces depending on their size.

The salad can be laid out in layers in a ring (14-16 cm in diameter) or simply mixed all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl. Place the corn in the first layer, smooth it out, pour mayonnaise on top.

Then add boiled eggs. Level and press the layer with a spoon, brush with mayonnaise.

Distribute the olives (or black olives), press down, brush with mayonnaise.

The next layer is chopped cucumber and also mayonnaise.

Place bell peppers and pour mayonnaise.

Finish the salad with grated cheese. The salad can be served immediately or chilled slightly. Remove the serving ring before serving.
