    Boil the eggs hard. How to hard boil eggs? Fill them with water and bring to a boil. Cook the eggs over moderate heat for 7-8 minutes from the moment they boil. Drain the water. Pour cold water over the boiled eggs to cool. The temperature contrast will help clean the eggshell better. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes.

    Wash the bell pepper and dry it. Cut the pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the pepper into small cubes.

I made a salad with egg, corn cheese and cucumber. I took semi-hard cheese, was guided by my taste preferences and was right))). The salad turned out to be very tasty, quite light (without potatoes and sausage), but nevertheless satisfying, with a refreshing taste and aroma of fresh cucumbers and bell peppers.
