    How to make a salad with corn and sausage? Prepare your ingredients. Instead of boiled sausage, you can use smoked sausage, preferably not very fatty. Take crackers without additives. Boil the eggs first and cool.

    How to hard boil eggs? Place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the eggs. Also cut them into small cubes.

    Drain the liquid from the canned corn, placing them in a sieve. Place boiled sausage, canned corn, eggs and croutons in a salad bowl.

Salad with corn, sausage and egg is an excellent salad option for both a family lunch and suitable for a holiday table, because... it is very tasty! I took smoked sausage, which I cut into strips. I prepared the croutons for the salad myself: I cut the loaf into cubes and dried it in a frying pan. I boiled the eggs and also cut them into strips.
