Salad mushrooms onion cheese

STEP 1

How to make a salad of mushrooms, cheese and onions? Prepare all the ingredients: peel and wash the champignons and onions. Choose a small head of Chinese cabbage, it is more tender, rinse the cabbage under running water and dry with a napkin.
STEP 2

Cut the champignons into small slices.
STEP 3

Cut the onion into quarter rings or small cubes, as you prefer.
STEP 4

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, then add the onions and champignons.
STEP 5

Fry the mushrooms and onions first over high heat, then over medium heat until tender - the moisture should evaporate and the onion should become soft. Add salt at the end.
STEP 6

Cut the head of Chinese cabbage lengthwise and chop it thinly with a knife.
STEP 7

Place shredded Chinese cabbage in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 8

Finely chop the green onions.
STEP 9

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 10

Place the fried champignons with onions on a flat dish in an even layer.
STEP 11

Place Chinese cabbage with mayonnaise on top of the mushroom layer.
STEP 12

Carefully cover the mushroom layer with the cabbage layer.
STEP 13

Sprinkle the cabbage layer with chopped green onions.
STEP 14

Sprinkle grated cheese on top with the last layer, completely covering the entire salad.
STEP 15

We lay out the salad into portions at the table, carefully scooping it up with a spoon. This salad can be laid out in layers in a cooking ring or made in portioned vases or bowls, it will be beautiful. Bon appetit!
