I prepared a salad, mushrooms, onions and cheese. First of all, I fried the champignons with onions and laid them out in an even layer on a plate, so they cooled faster. I chopped Chinese cabbage, mixed it with mayonnaise, put it on top of a layer of fried champignons, sprinkled it with chopped green onions, and grated a layer of cheese on top. To make it brighter, I also sprinkled the cheese layer with green onions. Everyone loved the salad! It is delicious, very juicy, the combination of ingredients is wonderful.
