Salad Korean carrots corn smoked sausage

STEP 1

How to make a salad with Korean carrots, corn, smoked sausage? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose cheese and sausage according to your taste. You can take not only smoked sausage, but also boiled one, or replace it with boiled or fried meat. Korean-style carrots can be bought ready-made or made yourself. For dressing, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream.
STEP 2

To prepare the salad, cut the sausage into strips and place in a bowl in which you will mix all the ingredients.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and place in a bowl with the sausage.
STEP 4

Open the can of canned corn and drain all the liquid from it. Korean carrots can be cut a little smaller than they are. Add corn and carrots to the salad.
STEP 5

Add chopped fresh herbs and mayonnaise to the bowl. You can add a little salt and ground pepper. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise is already salty. You may not need salt. And if you decide to season the salad with sour cream instead of mayonnaise, then it is better to salt it.
STEP 6
