Rustic Lenten Potatoes
Very tasty, aromatic, rosy potatoes - the perfect side dish! It took me 30 minutes to prepare the entire dish, 10 minutes to boil the potatoes, 15 minutes to bake the potatoes, and 5 minutes to prepare and cut everything else.
When my husband and I have lunch at a cafe, I almost always take country-style potatoes as a side dish. I really like this food. Just recently I was puzzled by the question: what if you cook this dish yourself? I’ll be honest: it turned out even better than what the cafe serves.
