Wash the pear, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pear into small pieces.

Rinse rosemary and dry. Pick the needles from the branches and chop finely.

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.

Continuing to beat, pour in vegetable oil.

Sift the flour with baking powder and mix into the dough.

Whisk everything well so that there are no lumps.

Add pears and rosemary to the dough. Mix well until smooth.

Place the dough in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly, remove from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
