This is a very interesting recipe, definitely worth a try! The variety of culinary recipes for making bread is simply amazing. It was a real discovery for me that you can bake rice bread. For us, the second bread and main food is potatoes, and in some countries this role belongs to rice. I recently tried to bake rice bread at home, and I, my family and the girls at work really liked it.

It’s not entirely clear from the recipe what the vegetable oil is for. To lubricate the mold? Or is it added to the dough? I also added it to the dough. The bun was baked in less than 40 minutes - 10-15 minutes on no more heat, and 25 minutes on less heat. It came out soft, the grains of rice were not noticeable in it. Honestly? I didn't like the taste of the rice
