The other day we were treated to pink salmon, so it was decided to cook steaks from red fish. I quickly cut the fish, sprinkled it with the prepared fish seasoning, and set it to marinate for 10 minutes. During this time, I started working on the side dish and the second batch of steaks. Then I put it in a frying pan, added a couple of drops of olive oil, and voila! - dinner is on the table in 15 minutes! However, at first it turned out that I was stewing the fish, because... the water drained from it, but then it still got fried. At the same time I also baked the steaks in the oven.
