Quick sweet buns in the oven
The buns are prepared quickly, very sweet and tasty. This kind of baking comes in handy when you don’t have time to fuss with yeast dough. You can form buns in different ways. Instead of sesame seeds, you can sprinkle with poppy seeds or nuts.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2

Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl and add sunflower oil.
STEP 3

Add sugar and salt and mix.
STEP 4

Add half the sifted flour, mix the dough well.
STEP 5

Add baking powder, stir until smooth.
STEP 6

Add the remaining flour and knead into a thick dough.
STEP 7

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part into a sausage and cut it into 5-6 pieces.
STEP 8

Take a piece of dough and make a rope 1 cm thick. Roll it into a snail shape.
STEP 9

Line a baking tray with paper and grease with oil. Place the buns on a baking sheet, sprinkle sugar and sesame seeds on top.
STEP 10

Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove the finished baked goods from the baking sheet, cool slightly and serve with tea. Bon appetit!
