Well, thank you. To be honest, I didn’t know that you can eat pumpkin raw) I have a huge pumpkin and I look at it in horror and think, what else can I do with it other than bake it? Although I don’t like baked goods myself, I’ll try to make a salad, it looks appetizing and the ingredients are always at hand. Everything ingenious is simple, as they say. This salad is hearty and contains many vitamins. Pumpkin and carrots go well together, but cucumber... I'm not sure. I think it would be better if I added celery instead. The taste will be more pleasant and the body will benefit more :) The author suggests dressing the salad with sour cream - it’s tasty, but a little greasy... I would make the following dressing: olive oil, lemon or orange juice and soy sauce. It will taste like an explosion! And in terms of the amount of vitamin and benefits - a huge plus
