cooked for about an hour. the casserole didn’t turn out very good looking ((I would have put twice as much semolina, then it would have held its shape better. It’s sooooo tasty. But I would have prepared the dish differently: I would have boiled the pumpkin separately and the semolina separately, then mixed , we make a similar casserole like this, only with rice

If you cook according to the recipe, then indeed, as was written earlier, you need to add more semolina, it turned out loose. Secondly, next time I’ll cut all the ingredients in half, it’s too much, I’m afraid they won’t eat it. Everything is browned, everything is delicious, the main thing is that the children eat, and for me that’s the main thing!
