I heard that to avoid any embarrassment, you can pour the egg into cling film, tie it up, and lower it into boiling water to poach the egg.

Oh, I had a lot of trouble with these eggs! Well, in fact, the most difficult thing for me was to carefully remove the finished egg from the pan, so I really liked Margot’s idea. But the main thing is that all the efforts were not in vain - the eggs turned out very tasty!

And I do this: I take a poacher, aka “hedgehog”, which looks like a small slotted spoon that follows the shape of an egg, cover it with a piece of cling film, grease the film with oil so that the white does not stick, break the egg into it and cook for 3 minutes. Makes a neat poached egg
