Great! The pie is prepared quickly and there is no need to fuss with the dough for a long time. I really like simple recipes. And unripe plums add sourness to the pie, making it very tasty. I also like to add lemon zest to pies.

It would be a good idea to line the pan with parchment paper, then the cake will come out of the pan well

A very tasty and easy to prepare recipe. I support the idea of adding lemon zest - baking with it takes on a different flavor.

It also seems to me that it’s a good idea to combine plums with apples or pears, try it - you won’t regret it. [

I always just put plums on the bottom of the mold. But frying the sugar under the plums added such a flavor to them! A very successful culinary move, I will do the same with apples in “The Poor Student”.

A wonderful recipe, plum pie, for me, is a fairy tale. Plums have a slight sourness, and it is very good to serve this pie with sour cream mixed with sugar.

Previously, I only made upside-down pies with apples. Now I’ll try it with plums.
