Great! The pie is prepared quickly and there is no need to fuss with the dough for a long time. I really like simple recipes. And unripe plums add sourness to the pie, making it very tasty. I also like to add lemon zest to pies.

I always just put plums on the bottom of the mold. But frying the sugar under the plums added such a flavor to them! A very successful culinary move, I will do the same with apples in “The Poor Student”.
