    Grate the cheese on a medium grater, set aside a little for decoration.

    In a salad bowl of a suitable size, mix together pineapples, cheese and pressed garlic.

I made pineapple salad with cheese and garlic for the first time according to your recipe. In general, pineapple is a very unique product that can be combined with almost all ingredients. I chose equal amounts of hard cheese and canned pineapple for the salad. By the way, it is better to choose pineapples in rings, the rough core has already been cut out, but I don’t recommend buying pineapples in pieces, their rough part is poorly cut and not everyone will like it in a salad. I added more garlic, we like it spicy) instead of 1 clove I put 1 head. It's a matter of taste, but I'll be honest, cheese and garlic are great friends! The perfect combination of products will please everyone. I served the salad mixed in a common salad bowl and prepared it for the festive table.

This is one of my favorite salads! By the way, when it sits longer, it becomes even tastier. For the New Year, I make it early in the morning so that it fits the holiday table.

Pineapples go wonderfully with hard cheese! I often use a combination of them in salads, but I didn’t add garlic! Thanks, I'll try! I would add pickled mushrooms here to suit my taste!

I also add diced ham to this salad. I just put in quite a bit of ham. It also goes well with canned corn. But then you don’t need to put in the ham. I don’t add garlic; my family doesn’t really like dishes with the addition of raw garlic.
