  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We will need very few products: a pack of jelly, eggs, some flour, soda, vinegar and margarine (sorry - I forgot to put it in the photo).

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

We need to crush the pack of jelly in any way convenient for you. The main thing is that there are no lumps. And send the bulk mixture into a deep container. You can choose any jelly to suit your taste. I took the raspberry one, it has a strong aroma and bright taste.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Now we break the eggs into our jelly and do not interfere, but quickly move on to the next step

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Add flour there and...

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix all this (jelly, eggs and flour) very well. Mix until smooth. And of course it should be without lumps. Don't be afraid - it's not difficult.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Now soda.. we need 1 teaspoon, but to make it easier to extinguish it, I poured this one teaspoon of soda into an empty tablespoon. And then she extinguished the soda with vinegar. We add this “pop” to our prepared homogeneous mass and stir. I whisked it all with a spoon.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next are the well-known steps: light the oven, it should warm up to 180 degrees. then grease the frying pan or baking sheet with margarine, the same one that I forgot to put in the photo. And pour our mixture into the frying pan. Then we put the frying pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180. And of course we remember - these very minutes depend on your oven and your frying pan. (I have an old cast iron one)

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

We check readiness with a match or a wooden toothpick. My match was slightly damp, but the top was getting very dark, so I took out the pie and... it turned out to be completely baked. That's all!! Enjoy your tea....or maybe with milk!!!

A pie based on dry jelly has saved more than one housewife. This is a lifesaver when you urgently need to serve something for tea or guests are standing at the door. All that remains is to mix budget ingredients, bake and serve a fragrant pie to the table.

I baked a cherry jelly pie. It turned out so aromatic and tasty, but not enough)). The mold was silicone, instead of soda and vinegar I added baking powder. True, the pie took twice as long to bake. I beat the eggs too hard with a blender, and then the whole mass. After 20 minutes, cover with foil to prevent the top from burning. It turned out a little dry, but no one except me noticed))
