My family loves stuffed peppers in any variety. Today I decided to cook peppers stuffed with rice and carrots according to this recipe. The pepper turned out very tasty; both adults and children ate it with great appetite. Even though the peppers are meatless, they still turned out filling. I also added dill to the filling; I love greens in the filling. This recipe will come in handy during fasting and is also suitable for a vegetarian menu.
