Beautiful and very unusual, I have pink salmon in the freezer, I’ll try to use it to make such a miracle - a terrine, essentially a jellied assortment of fish and vegetables, I used to pour this in a glass and serve it at the table, but here it’s such a complex execution that it’s simply impossible pass by, thanks for the recipe!
