The recipe is quite simple. In my opinion, the taste of potatoes turns out richer and more original if you first mix the potatoes with a mixture of herbs, garlic, spices and olive oil and place the dish in a baking bag.

Who can argue, sometimes the simplest recipe can be very tasty. But here, I don’t understand what the “author” of the recipe wanted to show? If I were the “author” of the recipe, I would try to use my imagination. Moreover, the picture attached to the recipe contains garlic and herbs, but the recipe does not contain these ingredients.

The experiment turned out well. I did this: I cut the potatoes into longitudinal slices, put them in the oven. Before baking, I didn’t add salt or pepper! I chopped the greens, added garlic and grated cheese, a little egg - the mixture turned out to be very beautiful. Yes, I also added salt! And then look at the photo. It’s less tasty hot than cold. And one more thing: potatoes take a long time to bake!!!! I checked with a toothpick - the fresh potatoes took almost 40 minutes to bake!

Another clarification: when I made “potato sandwiches” with toothpicks, I put them in the oven again for another minute so that the cheese melted..
