Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Add herbs to the minced meat and mix. Cover each bunch of 5-10 pasta with minced meat in the center, forming something like a cutlet. Cut the peeled potatoes, carrots, zucchini and tomatoes into cubes. Place vegetables in a deep frying pan. Place pasta with minced meat on top.
STEP 2

Pour in water so that the minced meat is half covered. Simmer covered until the potatoes are fully cooked.
STEP 3

At the very end, salt and pepper the dish. You can sprinkle with chopped herbs.
