Microwave cookies with milk and butter
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

These are all the ingredients that we will need during the cooking process.

Add sugar to softened butter
STEP 3

Then a pinch of salt
STEP 4

Rub well
STEP 5

Pour in milk
STEP 6

Add flour (it will be better if it is sifted first)
STEP 7

Knead the dough
STEP 8

We get a fairly hard, smooth dough.
STEP 9

Divide the dough into 4 parts
STEP 10

We divide each part into 6 more parts
STEP 11

From each part we form a ball, flatten it and place it on a flat rotating microwave plate covered with baking parchment.

That's all - we got quite a lot of cookies, they all fit on my microwave plate

Using a fork to make patterns

Place in the microwave for 3.5 minutes (I have a power of 700 W). Focus on your microwave, check its power before cooking! Otherwise the cookies will simply burn. If you are not sure, set it for 1-2 minutes and check its readiness. Then add time little by little so that the total does not exceed approximately 5-6 minutes. Speeding up or slowing down the process may affect the results - keep this in mind!
STEP 16

After the specified time, we look at the readiness of the cookies - mine are not ready yet, they are a little damp at the bottom, so I leave them for another 1.5 minutes
STEP 17

Now my cookies are completely ready
STEP 18

That's it - it took no more than 5 minutes to prepare, 5 minutes in the microwave. Faster than running to the convenience store
