These are, rather, not meatballs, but meatballs. The meatballs are a little larger and rice is added to them. But the dish still looks very beautiful.

These are just meatballs, and rice is added to the meatballs... But this is not so important, the main thing is that the dish itself is wonderful and very tasty. Only I never add starch to the minced meat, and I don’t cook the meatballs, but stew them in red sauce.
