Meat in beer
The dish will take you very little time and will surprise you with its taste!!! My husband loves this meat. I'm ready to give up beer in favor of this meat. When cooked, the meat releases the aromas of bread, it is very tasty. Try it, maybe your husbands will refuse beer. A recipe for those who don't have time. Does not require constant presence in the kitchen.

Cut the onion into half rings. There should be a lot of onions. Place the onions on top of the meat.
STEP 3
Place slices of bread on top of the onion and a bay leaf on the sides.
STEP 4
Fill everything with beer and simmer over low heat. . The extinguishing process is long, approximately 3 hours. After about two hours, the sauce needs to be mixed and left to simmer. I once cooked a rabbit in beer, it turned out very tender :) I think my men will definitely like this kind of meat) but why cover everything with bread to thicken the mass or does it also play a role in the taste?

And the beef turns out delicious too. I have the same question, Irisha, as you do. And then I read in the text that Alice described how the meat gives off the aromas of bread. Yes, Alice, I imagined that the meat was “calmly” cooked over low heat and should turn out delicious. I'll definitely cook it sometime.

The meat turns out amazing, tender and flavorful!!! I’ll definitely cook it if the men don’t drink beer before I pour the meat on them!!! Thank you Alice!!!

Girls, a recipe for lazy people or when you don’t have time to cook something serious. Everything is very fast and convenient. Secondly, the bread firstly gives its flavor, and secondly it thickens the sauce. When everything is simmered together, the onion will completely dissolve and so will the bread. The mass becomes almost homogeneous. While the meat is stewing, the kitchen smells of bread and beer. My husband, if he is at home, languishes while this vomit is being prepared. Delicious.

Alice, how simple everything is, and so original, but what happens to the bread? Does it remain in the piece, or does it dissolve during stewing? I'll definitely try it)))

Dissolves completely. Due to this, the sauce becomes thick.
