Marshmallow and white chocolate mastic
Delicious mastic for decorating pastries and cakes. It is very easy and pleasant to make jewelry from such mastic. I liked the taste too.
Excellent marshmallow mastic, from which you can easily and without any problems make a beautiful decoration for a cake.
I made a small amount, so if you need a lot of mastic, make a double batch.

Margot, a long time ago I made mastic based on gelatin and powdered sugar. It turned out to be a real nightmare - it broke, then hardened so that it was impossible to chew on it. And from this mastic you can easily fashion something, like from plasticine. And it tastes good and not too hard. Give it a try.

I also make mastic from Marshmallow, it always turns out great and it’s easy to work with, but I didn’t think of adding chocolate; it should turn out much tastier with chocolate

Lusina, you are right. I just made mastic out of marshmallows - it turns out well. And it tastes better with chocolate. Try it and then share your impressions. I'm wondering which one you'll like better - with or without chocolate.
