Marinated butter in jars
The results are very tasty and crispy mushrooms. It's quite easy to prepare. Except for cleaning. The marinade is suitable for all wild mushrooms.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We clean, wash and boil the mushrooms (about 30 minutes), collect the foam. Place in a colander and rinse well again.
STEP 2

We put the marinade. Add all the spices except vinegar. When the marinade has boiled, add the mushrooms.
STEP 3

After boiling, cook for 30 minutes, add vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP 4

Place in a sterilized jar, close and wrap.
