Girls, I didn’t give this salad the name. Several years ago I took this recipe from the cookbook “Dishes of Korean, Japanese, Chinese Cuisines”, this recipe is from Chinese cuisine, I did not change the name. I can’t explain why this salad was given such a name. Most likely Mao Tse Tung loved this salad...

There are a lot of fatty foods - mayonnaise, pork, butter, this is not for me, but in no case am I dissuading anyone from cooking it, if you look at all the rules of cooking, the dish is prepared correctly and all the products in it are perfectly combined together, it should be enjoyed by guests I’ll like it, the egg pancake and meat are beautifully cut, the carrots and onions are golden, but what can I say, my hand just reaches out for a big fork)))
