Fish lovers will be captivated! Simple, fast and tasteful! Not long ago, my parents gave my husband and I a large piece of fresh salmon. Just two or three days and you can eat salted salmon for the price of fresh salmon, it’s great what savings you get! And most importantly, it is known for certain that without any chemicals, thanks for the recipe!!

We always cook lightly salted salmon ourselves at home - it’s much more economical than buying ready-made salmon. and it tastes better.

Serj40, absolutely right, the salmon will turn out lightly salted, tender, tasty, I cook it this way too, I like the proportions of salt and sugar, the fish will taste good and the consistency will be dense - here’s another recipe for the New Year’s holiday!

Milla, Serj40, usually I just salted the salmon overnight or left it for a couple of days, but here’s a slightly different recipe, I’ll definitely try it with sugar and bay leaves, I wonder what will happen, it should be very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
