Cutting the champignons is what took the lion's share of my time! The lean mushroom sauce turned out quite tasty, it took about half an hour. Garlic added an interesting flavor; I’ve never added it to mushrooms before. And now I know it’s possible! The only thing is that next time I’ll replace the starch with flour - after all, it’s not jelly, I didn’t like the consistency.
