Korean appetizer of chicken fillet with carrots

STEP 1

I have already told you how I prepare hye from pink salmon and pike, but I’ll tell you how to make khe from chicken in Korean in this recipe. In fact, it is not much different from the fish heh recipe. So, we take all the products we need, indicated in the ingredients.
STEP 2

You can use absolutely any part of the chicken to create this delicious appetizer, so keep that in mind. Today I have chicken fillet. Cut it into small pieces.
STEP 3

Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings or half rings.
STEP 4

Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. You can grate it on a special grater for preparing Korean salads or on a regular device, using the side with the largest holes.
STEP 5

We take a deep container of a suitable size and put all the prepared vegetables (onions, carrots) and chicken pieces there.
STEP 6

Fill the mixture with essence. By the way, a tablespoon of vinegar essence can be replaced with 7-8 tablespoons of regular table 9% vinegar.
STEP 7

Bring sunflower oil to a boil in a frying pan or saucepan, pour into our mixture and mix thoroughly. Add salt and seasonings and mix everything well again.
STEP 8

Then we leave the container with chicken heh in the refrigerator for a day.

The fully prepared dish is served at the table with wine as a cold appetizer. Help yourself!
