I was preparing a vegetable salad for dinner and I wanted to top it with something tasty and unusual. On the website I found an interesting version of honey mustard salad dressing. I've already prepared something similar, but the ingredients are slightly different. I was surprised that dry mustard was used; there were doubts about this. Replaced olive oil with sunflower oil. As indicated in the recipe, I mixed the dry and liquid ingredients separately. Then I combined them and mixed them well. To allow the salt to disperse, leave the dressing for 20 minutes and stir it periodically. This amount of sauce was enough for a large bowl of salad. The whole family liked the salad, despite the significant spice. I note that honey perfectly complements the taste of tomatoes; they have become much sweeter. Mustard and red pepper enriched the neutral Chinese cabbage. And the lemon juice refreshed all the vegetables in the salad. In general, the gas station is excellent! Dry mustard is no worse than ready-made mustard, the main thing is that it is fresh. I advise you to safely use honey mustard dressing for any vegetables.
